I, William Willingham of the County of Columbia and State of Georgia, being sick and weak of body but of perfect mind and memory do make and appoint this my last will and testament Imp. First of all I submit my body to the earth and recommend my soul into the hands of almight God, who gave it. Touching my worldly estate after my body has a decent Christian burial, I dispose of the same in the following manner. I lend unto my beloved wife, Nancy Willingham, my estate both real and personal during her natural life or widowhood to raise my children on. I gave unto everyone of my children as they come of age or marry sixty-dollars in property except Elijah and Thomas, who has already had their sixty-dollars if it can conveniently be spared when they come of age, if not I desire after my wife's death that each of them shall receive their sixty-dollars first. I gave and bequeath unto all my children after my wife's deceased or marriage all the remainder of my estate both real and personal, Viz. Elijah, Thomas, Fanney, Elizabeth, Beverly, George, John, William, Nancey, Caleph, Patcy, Judah and Isaac, to be equally divided among them. All, lastly, I appoint my wife Nancey Willingham, Isaac Willingham, and Eli Garnet my executors to this my last will and testament and do revoke and disanull all wills made heretofore by me - In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 25th day of Oct. 1797.
