Locknetics CARD READER LOCKSET combines three (3) electronic access control technologies on a single STAND-ALONE lock.
1) A magnetic stripe card reader.
2) A TouchEntry electronic data key.
3) and a keypad code access for ultimate flexibility.

The magnetic stripe card reader uses the standard ABA, track 2 magnetic stripe, such as a California Drivers License, Credit Card and many other magnetic striped cards. (A HID based Prox card reader will be available, later this summer)

This lock also utilizes a patented TorqDefender, clutch-controlled outside lever.
It is extremely rugged and its durable construction uses 50% fewer moving parts than mechanical locks. Exceeds the ANSI Grade-1 standards for electrified locks. UL Listed for 3 hour fire rated openings.

Four AA batteries provide 80,000 activations with no external wiring. Modular electronics are on the "secure" side of the door.

Program up to 500 different users into this lock.
Includes instructions for manual programming.
Optional: Computer programming is available.

Optional: Audit trail for up to the last 500 events, including user name, time and date. (Computer and software required)
