Sara's 18th birthday root beer float dessert

Calamity Jane's serves huge servings of everything. The smallest burger is a quarter pounder on huge hamburger buns. And here the huge root beer float with the birthday candle planted in the ice cream. The waitress made her stand up and hold the lighted dessert while staff and customers sang Happy Birthday.

Calamity Jane's is a rustic burger joint with open beam ceilings and rough sawn timber pillars. The ceilings and and upper beams have decorated dollar bills pasted up there. And now Sara's 18th birthday bill. Note how she's added the '8' to the '1' to denote her birthday.

"Got enough pictures yet, Dad?"
(Of course the answer is "no" ... Dads never have enough pictures of their kids.)
