Weekly Cleaning Service

Weekly And Bi-Weekly Service Available. Our technician will: Vacuum, brush and net your pool Clean the skimmer and pump baskets Backwash your filter Test and adjust your pool water as needed Weekly service for the 2007 season will start Friday, June 1st at $75.00 per week, billed monthly.  Service ends on Friday, September 14th. Chemicals used by S & C will be billed by amount used

Spring Reassembly

• Reassembly includes:        (vinyl and plaster pools)
  • Removal of pool covers, hose cleaned only.
  • Reassembly of ladders, handrails, dive board and base, automatic pool cleaners, automatic fill lines
  • Reassembly and inspection of filter, pump(s), automatic chlorinator, and heater
  • Spring start up chemical kit up to 25,000 gallons

    • $355.00

  • Plaster pools with spa combination

    • $385.00

    • Pools over 25,000 gallons add $25

• Solid covers must be pumped off. 

  • If pump off is needed it will be an additional rate of $80.00 per hour.  No exceptions.

• Vacuum services are available at time of reassembly.

  • Available for an additional charge of $75.00 per hour.

  • If you would like to have you pool vacuumed a time of reassembly you must inform the office before the date of reassembly.

Winterization

Pool Inspections

• Buying a new home?  Not sure what to do with the pool in the backyard?  Get a pool inspection! 
  • We will evaluate all accessories such as the diving board and base, water slide, ladders, hand rails, and automatic cleaners. 
  • We will carefully inspect and test all your equipment, check the coping, tile and plaster. 
  • We will pressurize all lines (with the exception of the floor main drain) to check for any leaks in the pipes.  If there is any repair needed we will be prepared to present an onsite estimate. 
  • A full detailed report will be mailed to you within 72 hours or faxed to your residence.
