I'm a creative person, but not very artistic. Which generally leads to much frustration!   Cross stitch is my way to let that creativity flow.

I crossed my first stitch in November 2002, right on the cusp of middle-age, and quickly developed a passion.

True to my somewhat compulsive nature, I soon had over a dozen WIPs (Works In Progress) and had reached SABLE (Stash Aquisition Beyond Life Expectancy). And since I like big stuff, many of the designs I'm drawn to are BAPs (Big Ass Projects). Then I discovered HAED (Heaven and Earth Designs)! Needless to say, I have an embarrassing number of WIPs (Works in Progress), bunches of kitted projects and a wish list a yard long. I never seem to finish much, but I'm finding great joy in the doing!
