I design and write end-user HTML Help systems, printed manuals, Web help, tutorials, Quick Start guides, reference posters, and training materials. I'm an expert FrameMaker, Word, and RoboHelp user and can single-source for a variety of output formats using WebWorks Publisher; I can also turn my hand to your specifications, white papers, knowledge bases, and FAQs. I have even been known to create the occasional Web site, such as this one. For more details, see my résumé.

I am a trained technical editor, experienced at both developmental and copy editing. As publications department editor on more than one occasion, I have created and implemented style guides throughout software organizations. As sole writer/editor at several small companies, I have been responsible for every written word that the company produced. I am familiar with The Chicago Manual of Style, The Associated Press Stylebook and Libel Manual, and Microsoft’s Manual of Style for Technical Publications.
