Overview

Each team consists of 4 chess players.  The NetTeam League is divided into Divisions and each Division will eventually have from 6-9 teams.  A season lasts for about 3 months and during that time each Team plays each other team in their Division once.  When two teams play each other in a match there are four games played.  The top player of one team plays the top player of the other team, the 2nd best player plays the opposing teams second best player, etc.  Each team is awarded 1 point for each game won, 1/2 point for each game drawn and zero points for each game lost.  The team with the most points wins the match.  If both teams get 2pts then the match is a draw.
