I have some trouble speaking, too. My voice isn't steady...it trembles the same way my hands do.

My hands tremble all the time. It is increasingly hard to hold up a fork to my mouth when I eat...I end up with food all over my shirt! It is very embarrassing.

Lately, it seems like my muscles are just not very cooperative...they are stiff and clumsy...
