Call borrowers to introduce myself and arrange a meeting or confirm a pre-set appointment.  Explain proper ID required  for notarizations.

Arrive at signing location on time, professionally dressed with loan documents and notary supplies neatly organized in a leather briefcase.

Guide borrowers through the documents with brief descriptions, directing their attention to important information such as the interest rate, monthly payment and right to cancel.

Any questions regarding the loan will be referred to the lender.

Notarial certificates will be filled out with correct venue, date, signature and seal.

Before leaving the signing documents are carefully reviewed for any missed signatures or initials.

After faxing back any required documents, package will be shipped out the same day whenever possible or the next day at the latest.
