Event Log and Unit Status Board

Use event logging tools to manage incidents; including tracking messages, involvements, tasks, unit status, shelters, and facilities. Although the Event Log is part of the Emergency Management Database program, its window appears separately in the Microsoft Window's task bar. This allows you to quickly switch between the Directory and Event Log. All entries in the Unit Status Board, Involvements, Tasks, and Shelters & Facilities, are automatically saved in the Event Log. 

Unit Status is color coded for visual reference: Available - Black, Dispatched - Blue, En Route - Green, On Scene - Red, Returning - Magenta
