Commercial & Institutional Property Assessments

ECCM Associates has performed due diligence reviews on over 370 buildings consisting of more than 15 million square feet of office, retail and light industrial space. We specialize in the review of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-life-safety systems and can coordinate professional reviews of other disciplines as required to suit client needs. Reviews consist of on site visits by qualified professionals who thoroughly inspect the facility, interview building management and outside service providers and suppliers, and review available design, construction and maintenance documentation. These reviews enable us to determine the existing condition of systems and components in order to forecast immediate and future capital expenditure requirements and improved maintenance procedures. Detailed reports of system descriptions and condition assessments are prepared in a timely manner to suit client reporting requirements.

Contract Mediation Services

ECCM Associates provides contract mediation services to help clients resolve engineering or construction related disputes. Mediators have been trained by Rosenberg Mediation Training and are available to help clients achieve settlements of disputes at relatively low costs and time commitments than either arbitration or formal litigation.
