Contract Mediation Services

ECCM Associates provides contract mediation services to help clients resolve engineering or construction related disputes. Mediators have been trained by Rosenberg Mediation Training and are available to help clients achieve settlements of disputes at relatively low costs and smaller time commitments than either arbitration or formal litigation.
