The Underground Cow

I needed a project to develop for my HTML courses at Virtual Univ. My husband has been trying microbrews for several years now. He has his favorites and one's that he doesn't like so much. To avoid a large collection of dusty bottles around my house, I started taking pictures of each beer he's tried. Now we have a large collection of digital images that are not being used. Here is an attempt to organize the many brews he's tried. My end of the hobby is finding brewpubs that have their own brew for my husband, but also have good food, preferably food that uses their beer for me.

Your probably wondering why "Underground Cow"?
One night we were eating dinner, beer marinated hamburgers as it were, and my 2 oldest sons (ages 8 & 7) at the time had a strange fascination with where the meat they were eating had come from. Here is ourconversation:
"Is this steak?"
"No honey, it's ground beef."
"Why do they call it ground beef?"
(Now I'm one of those parents that likes to get a reaction out of my kids, especially when we start a serious of "why?")
"Because it comes from a special kind of cow that they keep underground." (Doesn't everyone know that?)
"Well how do the cows eat if they're underground?"
"The farmers take the food down to them. The cows are very happy, they have a huge area to run around in so they stay strong and healthy. That's why ground beef is so good."

And with that they were satisfied and from that point on we've referred to ground beef as the Underground Cow. What I'll do when they ask to actually see an underground cow, I'm not sure.
