The chapter met at New Ark United Church of Christ, Newark, Delaware. Eleven members attended. Don von Schriltz led the session.
As an experiment, we decided to focus on two pieces to demonstrate that "practice makes perfect." We sight-read the pieces (and recorded that reading), worked on the piece for forty-five minutes, and then played and recorded again. Both pieces we worked on were arranged by British musician, Chris May, and are available on SibeliusMusic.
You may judge the results for yourself. We certainly improved but MUCH more practice would be required to be perfect.
