Use this worksheet to write the bibliographies for the sources of your
information.
- You need a bibliography for each and every source that you used.
- You must have at least 3 different types of sources. Dictionaries may not be
counted as a source.
- Use the information you recorded about each source to write a bibliography. For most
sources used, the proper format to use in general is as follows:
- Authors Last Name, First Name. "Title of Article." Title of
Complete Work (Book).
- Volume number (if any). [Type of Resource
(if online)]. Place published:
- Publisher, Date Published, Page numbers
used.
-
- Note:
- Indent after the first line.
- If there is more than one author, list the names in the order they appear.
However, only the first author is listed with their last name first.
- Be careful to use proper punctuation. (periods, quotation marks, underlining, colons,
commas, etc.)
- If typed, the title of the complete work can be italicized instead of underlined.
