Average results for each experiment group. You must show your calculations.  Also be sure to show units of the measurements being averaged.

To calculate the average of each experimental group:

  1. add trials together
26 cm + 27 cm + 27 cm + 25 cm + 25 cm = 130 cm
  1. divide by number of trials
130 cm ÷ 5 trials = 26 cm (average)
