Laura Doddington is best known to Doctor Who fans for her work in the Big Finish "Key 2 Time" audio adventure series playing Zara alongside Fifth Doctor Peter Davison, but she already had a well established acting career before that. She was trained at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, where she earned a BA in acting with distinction in 2002. Her most recent performances include "On a shout" at the Hull Truck Theatre, "Time of my life" at the Royal and Derngate, a tv performance in BBC 1's" Doctors" and "Noises Off!" at the Liverpool Playhouse. She also appeared in the award winning "Prime Suspect 7, The Final Cut" playing DC Wood and numerous productions for Radio 4 including adaptations of "Middlemarch", "Precious Bane", "Evelina" and Phillip Pullman’s "His Dark Materials." This is Laura's first cruise, and only her third fan appearance outside of the UK. She tells us that she's intrigued by the idea of being in one of our celebrity/fan videos, and we're thrilled to have her with us, for the video, the cruise, the bon voyage party, and all the rest of the fun.
