29.  JOHN BEAUCAMP LEECH (JOSEPH4, JOHN3, JOHN2, DAVID1, UNKNOWN0) was born September 19, 1823 in Hart County, KY, and died December 04, 1897 in Glasgow, Barren County, KY. Buried Glasgow Cemetery. He married CHARLOTTE ANN SHERRELL  ("Lottie") January 16, 1853 in Barren Co Ky (Marriage Book 2, p. 198, file 11), daughter of JEFFERSON SHERRELL and ELIZABETH JONES. She was born July 04, 1831, and died December 29, 1919 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY.  She is also buried in Glasgow Cemetery.

Aug 26, 1888.   Thomas Leech, aged 18 in the 1870 census of Barren County, is an apprentice to the carriagesmith Michael R. Melvin of Glasgow, KY, and is living in his household (#55).  It's possible  that this is the same person counted twice.
110. ii. SALLIE JONES LEECH , b. April 12, 1856, Glasgow, KY.
111. iii.  DR. JOSEPH SHERRELL LEECH , b. August 02, 1858, Glasgow KY; d. July 10, 1915, Glasgow KY.
iv.  MARY ELIZABETH LEECH ("MOLLIE") , b. April 20, 1861, Glasgow KY.  Not found after 1880 Census, but apparently still alive as of 1910.

(6)  I have not yet found MARY ELIZABETH LEECH  in the 1900 and 1910 Censuses.  With the exception of THOMAS JEFFERSON LEECH's widow and orphan(s) ? everyone else in this family is accounted for.  It's possible the CHARLOTTE SHERILL LEECH was living with MARY when she died.  I need to send for her Death Certificate.

Note on Leaches and Leeches in Barren County:  There are 4 Leaches buried in the CampGround Cemetery, Barren Co., KY.  This group is unlikely to be descendants of John and Eleanor McHenry Leech.  The Benjamin and Olivia Leach buried there are supposed to be from Adair County, KY.  They appear in the 1880 Census of Horse Cave, Hart Co., KY. Olivia Leach appears in the 1910 Census, KY, Barren County, Cave City, E. D. 27, visit 26 (household of Annie Lyan).  I assume that the other two Leaches buried in that cemetery are their son and daughter-in-law.  Bobbie Callahan (who has registered on the Barren County Genweb Site) is researching this family.

110.  SALLIE JONES LEECH (JOHN BEAUCAMP5, JOSEPH4, JOHN3, JOHN2, DAVID1, UNKNOWN0), b. April 12, 1856, Glasgow, KY.  Died 26 Jan. 1945 in Glasgow, Barren Co., KY and buried in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.  She married Benjamin Alonzo (B A) MYERS,  23 Nov. 1875, in Barren Co., KY.  He was born Mar 30, 1848, and died Mar 23, 1893.  Also buried in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.  BENJAMIN ALONZO MYERS is the son of WILSON MYERS and MARY CODDINGTON.   Found in 1930.

Children of SALLIE JONES LEECH and BENJAMIN ALONZO MYERS include:

i.  ANNIE MYERS.  b. 1876,  d. 12 Aug 1929, age 52, Barren Co., KY.  Buried, Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.  She married BEN HADDEN.  Not in her mother's household in 1900.   In her mother's  household, without her husband, in 1910.  Assuming Ben Hadden died, he died no earlier than 1905.  Burial place unknown. Son Ben found in 1920.
ii. infant son, born and died Oct 6, 1877.  Buried in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
iii.  LILLIE MYERS.  b. Aug 1879.  She married HENRY KING HILL.  Died 28 Mar 1973, age 92, Jefferson Co., KY, but SSDI has last residence of Memphis, TN. Found in 1920.
iv.  HETTIE JO MYERS.  b. Aug 21 1878.  never married.  Died 29 or 30 Jun 1970,  Jefferson Co, KY.  Buried in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Found in 1930.
v.  WILLIAM ROBERT MYERS b. Oct 27 1881.  Married CATTIE WILCOXSON.  Not in his mother's household in 1900.
vi. CHARLIE MYERS, b. Jul 2, 1882, d. Jul 26, 1882. Buried in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
vii.  SARAH ("Sallie") ELLEN MYERS.  b. Oct 8, 1885.  She married W. C. RUTLEDGE.  (from (Mary Lee Tatum) OR
vii. BRENDA ("Binnora" or "Benora") MYERS, b. 17 Aug 1886, d. 1 Jan 1920.  She married WESLEY A. COPPAGE, b. 10 Jun 1878, d. 28 Oct 1928.  Both buried Section C2, Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.  1910 Census, Kentucky, Grayson county, Leitchfield, ED 23, household 67.  In Barren County in 1914. Found in 1920.   Children found in 1930.
viii.  LOTTIE MYERS.  b. 14 Feb 1887.  She married HARRY L. MORAN.  Died 23 May 1973, age 86, Jefferson Co., KY.  Found in the SSDI and Kentucky Death Indices.  Not yet found in the 1910 Census, but probably in Barren County.   Found in 1930.
ix.  ERNEST LEECH MYERS.  b. Jun 12 1889, d Jan 16, 1947..  He married Hettie Lee Jewell.  She was born Sep12, 1886, and died Mar 08, 1961.  Both buried Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.. Apparently in Barren County in 1919.   Found in 1930.
x.  EMMA MYERS.  b. Dec 1890. Last Found 1910.
