(9) Soundex Code is H630. Not found after 1880.
Note: I have seen at least 2 sites on the web that give Mary Ann Owen Hardy's date of death as 1890, and her place of burial as Edwards Cem., Rock Springs (Barren County), Ky. I have two transcriptions for this cemetery; one in the Hart County books (Gorin) the other in Leech & Beard, Barren County Cemetery Records. Both have JAMES LAWRENCE HARDY, but neither have MARY ANN OWEN HARDY. It's possible that she's buried in Edwards Cemetery, but if so, her grave must not be marked. I give the burials in Pleasant Point Cemetery because their names and dates seem too close to be coincidental, and because between 1880 households of MARY HARDY and JOHN S HARDY in the 1880 Census of Johnson County, TX, near Pleasant Point, TX, and the burials in Pleasant Point, I have excellent matches for every member of this household as found in the 1870 Census of Hart County (except for JAMES LAWRENCE HARDY, who we know is dead in 1880).
