113.  JOHN LEECH (NATHAN TURPIN5, JOSEPH4, JOHN3, JOHN2, DAVID1, UNKNOWN0) was born June 1849 in Ky, and died 1934 in Hardin Co. Iowa,.buried Sheppard Cem Union, Iowa. He married (1) DOROTHY LEECH. She was born Abt. 1850, possibly in Kentucky (see 1900 and 1910 Censuses for Lorenzo Leach).   I believe that JOHN and DOROTHY LEECH had at least one child:

i.  LORENZO F. LEACH, b. 4 Jul 1867, d. 4 Aug 1915.  Buried Alden Cemetery , Alden Township, Hardin County, IA.  He married FLORA CATHERINE. MARTIN, daughter of  THOMAS ARQUILLA MARTIN and LUZANNA R. HALL, b. 30 Nov 1874,  d.27 Dec 1961, also buried Alden Cemetery.  They were married 22 MAR 1890 in NEW PROVIDENCE, HARDIN CO., IA

If this is not Nathan and Judith Leech's grandson, who other than JOHN LEECH is old enough to be his father?

He married (2) MARY FRANCES ("FANNY") DARLING, July 10, 1870, in Iowa, daughter of HIRAM HARRISON DARLING and .ANN WEBSTER.  She was born May 31, 1850 in New York, and died January 31, 1908 in Hardin Co. Ia.buried Sheppard Cem Union TWP, Hardin Co., IA.  Children of JOHN LEECH and FANNY DARLING are:

ii.  ANNA C. LEACH, b. 1874, Hardin Co. Iowa.; d. 1876, Sheppard Cem. Union, Hardin Co. Iowa..
iii.  IDA MAY LEACH, b. 1874/5, IA.
iv.  MINNIE B. LEECH, b. 1876/7, IA.
v. NATHAN LEECH ("Nate"), b. 31 Oct 1878, Hardin Co. IA, d. 5 Aug 1936, Payne County, OK.   He married MARY ANNA LEHMANN, b. 30 Sept 1880, Kansas, died 28 Mar 1931.   Last found in 1930.  Both buried in Fairlawn Cemetery, Stillwater, Payne County, OK
vi.  HIRAM HARRY LEACH, b. February 1886, IA.  Residence: Oklahoma.  Appears in the SSDI as HIRAM LEACH, b. 4 Feb 1886. d. Apr 1956.  Issued in Arkansas.  Last benefit not specified. Married (1911 or 1912) PEARL UNKNOWN, b. 1890, Iowa.  Found in 1920.
vii.  ETHEL D. LEECH, b. October 1888, Iowa. (1887 on tombstone), d. Feb 1959; m. JAMES MADISON RUSH; b. 1882, d. 21 Sep 1940.  JAMES MADISON RUSH appears to be the son of MICHAEL and CHRISTINA RUSH.  Residence: Iowa Falls, IA. Buried Union Cemetery (see row 40, 4.A. L161 s3 and s4), Iowa Falls, Hardin County, IA.   Found in 1930.
viii.  HOWARD J. LEECH, b. September 1892, Iowa.; d. Killed WWI.
ix. child who died before 1900 (see 1900 census).
x. child living at time of 1900 census (see 1900 census).

He married (3) LUCINDA, born 1852 in New York.  LUCINDA was still alive in 1920, but apparently not in 1930.
He married (4) DOROTHY, born 1856/57 in Germany.  Found in 1930.
