for designing and implementing curricula to provide essential technology
skills and knowledge for all students K-4, and for implementing the use

Profit and Loss management, ordering and accounts payable and receivable,
and all other duties relating to the running of a large privately owned
restaurant.

Williams Island, North Miami Beach, Florida
Barman, then Head Barman, then General Manager of the Tennis Club Restaurant.
Responsible for service, standards, training, payroll, Profit and Loss
accounting, and food quality. Williams Island is a high-end residential
community in North Miami Beach, Florida, which caters to a wealthy clientele
by providing upscale club amenities, including Tennis Club, golf courses,
and a marina.
Between 1969 and 1983:
I worked at the University of Tennessee Undergraduate Library as a Library
Page and finally Supervisory Library Associate; travelled to Alaska as
an itinerate folk musician; worked in various odd jobs to support musicianship;
participated as an apprentice with the Alaska Repertory Theatre then as
an actor touring the state in "Diamond Studs;" performed as a
lead vocalist, lead guitarist, and mandolinist in the Last Frontier Band;
performed in a duo called "Summersong" in Los Gatos, California;
entertained as an Assistant Cruise Director onboard ships for the Royal
Caribbean Cruise Line; and bartended and served as Head Bartender for T.G.I.Friday's
in Nashville, Tennessee and North Miami Beach, Florida.
Education:
B.S., Cum Laude, in Elementary Education with a K-8 notation from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University, with a second major in English, Creative Writing
9 hours of Graduate level coursework at Nova Southeastern University toward a Masters degree in Technology in Education and 45 Continuing Education hours at Harvard Graduate School of Education
