Vegetarian Chopped Liver

 

1        8 oz. Can green peas—drained

1        8 oz. Can string beans—drained

¾ C Tam Tam or other Ritz-like cracker

Salt to taste

5        onions cut up

3   hard boiled eggs

1        C. walnuts

Oil

 

Saute onions in a little oil until brown.  Put all ingredients into processor and pulse until mixed.  Don’t over process.  Add salt to taste. (Can freeze)
