B.A.N.C. - Bass Anglers of Northern California

THE RULES

1. MEMBERSHIP into B.A.N.C. for one year is $30.00. At the end of every season, all membership money is used for food, drinks and all other necessities needed for our family BAR-B-Q. And to purchase trophies fore the TOP (5) five point finishers, and one trophy for Big Fish of the season. These awards will be presented at the family BAR-B-Q.

2. It was agreed that non-boaters offer the boater, that they will fish with, a minimum of $20.00 to help with the expenses for the day of fishing. (i.e., boat launch, gas for the boat & car).

3. B.A.N.C. members will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during any B.A.N.C. function. We are all friends, not competitors. Introduce yourself and get to know your fellow anglers.

4. It is advised that all non-boaters purchase their own life vest. It is not the responsiblity of the boater to furnish your life vest. When you board someone elses boat, you will have a USCG - United States Coast Guard approved floation vest, that fits you.

5. Each B.A.N.C. member that shows up to the tournament will receive 50 points... It is your responsibility to make sure your name is checked on the sign up list, to be credited for your points.

6. The tournament point system works as follows, the winner of each B.A.N.C. tournament will receive 200 points, 2nd place 199 points, 3rd place 198 points and so on...

7. Fish must be alive and a minimum of 12 inches on a wil-e-go board. ( NO SHORT FISH ! ) There will, be a (4 oz.) 1/4 pound deduction for each short or dead fish.

8. There will be a ½ pound deduction for every minute that you are late after the weigh-in time.....

9. Each boat that enters a B.A.N.C. tournament must be a minimum of 16 fee in length and equipped with a water recirculating system to keep the fish alive and in good condition for their release after the weigh-in.

10. Everyone who comes to fish a B.A.N.C. event must join and get in the pot. NO MORE GUEST !!!!! YOU COME, YOU PAY, YOU FISH .... WELCOME, YOU ARE NOW A NEW MEMBER..
