As I sit here and reminisce 
caught up in the days gone by
a smile comes upon my face 
and I let out a great big sigh

The days of our childhood
went by so very fast
and as I grow a little older
I think more and more about the past

You've heard all about us sisters
so its time to tell of others
along with us two sisters
we also have two brothers..

Our older brother Jim
is always there to lend a hand
we also have a younger brother
who we very fondly call Dan

We grew up many years ago
when life was quiet and serene
not rich in wealth, but rich in love
a better family it couldn't have been

Jim is our mentor and protector
since our Dad is no longer here
Dan is our little brother
who fills our hearts with cheer

So for our two brothers
we hold you in our hearts so dear
we love you both so very much
whether you are far or near

A time to reminisce of the days in the past
About our two brothers and the memories we share
My thoughts are carried back to many years ago
They are the youngest and oldest, and both quite a pair.

The oldest left home when I was just 10
To join the Navy and begin his career
He was gone during my teenage years
But became the hero that I revered.

When he came home after many years past
Our lives and worlds had definitely changed
We were busy with our lives and families to raise
And our kinship had become quite rearranged.

But then one day when I needed him most
I found him knocking at my front door
The big brother I wanted and needed at the time
With the comfort he gave, I could not ask for more.

The youngest has always been my baby Bro
Only two years younger, but I made him my ward
I took him to the movies along with my friends
So he wouldn't be lonely and stay-at-home bored.

We became rather close, baby brother and me
As we share a brotherly-sisterly bond
He lives nearby and just a phone call away
And I know if I need him, he will quickly respond.

Yes, my sister and I are truly blessed
By the brothers we love and share
The oldest and youngest with us in between
We have the best brothers you could find anywhere.
