Terms

Deposit: 50% to hold your date. On the NH and Maine Tours, you can pay the balance on the day of the ride. On the Out West Tours, the balance in full is due 30 days before the ride.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel for any reason within 60 days of your ride, than you forfeit your deposit unless you can find someone of the same ability to take your spot.

Medical Insurance: You will provide your own medical insurance and coverage.

Liability: Seacoast Dirtbike Tours, Seacoast Guided Dirtbike Tours, Brad Henderson, Peter Anania or any accompanying guides will not be responsible for any injury, deaths, damage to your dirtbike and/or damage to any other property. Dirtbiking is a dangerous sport and you will accept any consequences of those dangers. You will be asked to sign a waiver releasing us and any land owners from all liability.

Transportation: For the NH and Maine tours, you are responsible for transporting your own dirtbikes. For the Out West Tours, you are responsible for bringing your dirtbike and gear to either Portsmouth, NH or Scarborough, ME. If you're near our driving route to go out west, we can pick up your bike and gear. Your dirtbike will be in a “ready to ride condition”. If for any reason we fail to provide transportation of your dirtbike, then we will refund your money. We will not be responsible for any of your other expenses such as airfare, lodging and rental cars. If there’s a delay in getting your dirtbike out west, then we will prorate a fair refund if your tour is cut short.
