Latest NEWS of Seavy Meadows (updated August 2011)
- Aug. 1, 2011.  The Corvallis City Council approved a conservation easement to be placed around the proposed development at Seavy Meadows. They approved a conservation easement for the 32 acres, less the proposed 3.46 acre development. By approving the easement, the City initiated an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan. This amendment changes the zoning accordingly.
