Exhibitor Information

Show Seminars:

NA

Four seminars rooms are available each hour for 4 hours beginning at 3:00pm.  Start time may occur later depending on final number of total seminars.  Cost is $200 per seminar.  Each seminar is limited to 45 minutes, allowing 5 minutes to vacate and 10 minutes for the following seminar to be set up.  Please end your seminar promptly so the next exhibitor will have time to set up his/her presentation.

Rooms will seat approximately 50 people each. 

Seminar presenters are encouraged to offer Learning Unit Hours through the AIA/CES program. AIA/CES forms may be obtained at http://www.aia.org/conted/

Seminar advertising is limited to mailers and newsletters. The more advertising the better! Sending out your mailer to promote your seminar and the Tradeshow would benefit all.

Show Set Up:

The booths will be set up in the Exhibition Space.  Please review the BOOTH LAYOUT and select 1st, 2nd, and 3rd booth preference.  This information will be requested on the registration form.

Approximately 60 exhibitor booths (approx 8' x 10') will be available at a cost of $450 per exhibitor with a $65 additional charge for electricity. 

For those registering late they may be required to accept a booth that will be located in the foyer, just outside the main exhibitor hall.

Exhibitors may start setting up at 12:00 PM and need to be ready by 2:45 PM. Tables will be marked ahead of time to identify which booth is reserved for each exhibitor. The master list will be located in the lobby. 

There will be a pre-show meeting at 2:45 PM .

Each exhibitor will receive 1 complimentary meal ticket and 2 beverage tickets per person (2 people max).  Additional tickets (1 meal, 2 beverage) can be purchased for $40 for each additional person.

Please bring any items you wish to contribute towards the raffle. This has attracted a number of attendees in the past, and is a great way to promote your product!

Dinner will be served between 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

All booths must be taken down at the end of the show (8:30 PM)
