An Introduction to Wine Tasting – A tasting of wine made from the most popular wine grapes today.  A review of how to taste wine to get more enjoyment out of it, and an overview of the world’s major wine regions and grapes.  Tips on how to pair wine with food, and time for Q&A at the end.  A great gift for the non wine-geek or the wine-geek-at-heart!

“Where’s the Cake?” – A decadent tasting of dessert wines of the world.  From the pure honey that comes from Canada’s icy Niagara region, to wine made from moldy grapes that no one in their right mind would want to touch (that is, until they taste the rich honey and nectar flavors in the resulting wine), to inky sweet fortified wines like Tawny Port, we’ll guide your sweet tooth to some interesting liquid wine treasures!

Red Blast – Nothing but the BIG reds.  Go for broke as we taste some of the big, bad boys like  Zinfandel, Syrah, and Priorat.

Uncommon Wines  - Wines off the beaten path (if you dare!).  Go beyond the typical picks like Merlot & Chardonnay. We'll try some totally awesome but lesser known wines like Albarino, Pinotage, and others you've never heard of (but are probably better at pronouncing than we are).
