Dropping some CDP

Hello there. Greetings from PA, where we finally have a break fro the sweltering heat that is killing the flowers that my wife recently planted in our front yard. Just here listening to some tunes on the wireless home network, sipping some of the CDP and chilling with the dAwG...

Just back from Mother Russia. A productive journey, during which I got to fulfill a long-time dream of walking through Red Square. Russia: awesome history, crappy bureaucracy. I won't go into detail about the trouble I ran into trying to get myself registered with the gov't during my stay, but in summary it involved 4+ hours of driving and an extra night's stay at the Marriott. We have it easy in the States. You can drink water right from the tap (my wife is learning the trials and tribulations of foreign water right now near Mumbai, India, where the rain has wrecked havoc on the local water supply). If we screw up some administrative bullsh--, we don't have to worry about paying a fine that some corrupt cop or gov't worker decides to make up on the spot. The list goes on...

Anyway - pics from Russia are up.

My next gig is jamming with Steve-O at the venerable Flying Pig in Malvern, PA on Aug. 26th. See you there!

Greetings from Stupino(where)

Privet, Comrades. Hello from Stupino, Russia, where it is muggy and a tad boring. It was not easy getting here... I was tempted to take a photo of the Moscow SVO passport control because words alone hardly due justice to the complete chaos.

People here appear stoic but are quite nice once you get to know them (and they get to know you). And before you ask - yes, there are many pretty women in Russia.

Anyway - I made it. More to come from Moscow...
