Another hand... Ultra hand

into week 3 of recovery - doing well overall. just wanted to share this - a get-well gift from one of the guys at the office, a gift which proves that someone really understands me. for those 30-somethings reading this: yes, it's Ultraman!

Another Hand... the Broken Hand

quick update on the hand - docs think it is looking pretty good overall.
bone is fractured obliquely and in good position with proper rotation.
so we did not opt for surgery which would include very invasive work,
pins, etc.

since we are going au natural, my middle finger will be a tad shorter,
slight hand bump & slightly less pronounced knuckle; but otherwise fine
playing shape after it's healed.

Ouch

hi all --

won't be hearing much from me for a few weeks. long story short - had a freak accident and my wife's dog accidentally broke my left (fretting) hand.

so no gigs in sept. and no studio work until late oct. if i am lucky. on the + side, it's a clean break etc. so i should be back to old form in a few short weeks.
