However, this post was written for the unedited version of the Attack on DANTE post and not updated for the revised version. I've also added CINCINDIGO's response at the end of the message. Changes included: 1) Four cruisers (not destroyers) closed on the mine field, but did NOT enter it. No Dalriadan vessels have been destroyed. 2) Since the only Dalriadan warship ever encountered by the Federation was one light cruiser, VORTEX, that the LEXINGTON was destroyed by, some of the statements are self-evident. I've removed them in this revised version for brevity. The shorter this message, the better the chance that it will get through. 3) Spacecraft are carried on starships. Shuttles are craft. It is incorrect to refer to starships as craft, so I've changed that reference. 4) Tabillin was hit in an almost simultaneous attack, so Mirtox wouldn't have know about that attack. Dalriada are jamming our signals as we are not able to establish comm links with OMEGA.
