(after the fight between the Royal Dalradian Star Navy + aggie) (NRPG : RDSN - Royal Dalradia Star Navy) Scene : Corridor B16 - Omega Oriel wandered along the dimly lit corridor contemplating his next move, he could of course return quite easily to OI Hq but he felt that now he had come back to the attention of Omega's officers he should stay. He had informed the OI of his observations and the latest news but he needed something to do, for it would be a while until his partner and possible replacement would arrive. Scene : Ordeus Intelligenza Head Quarters. A fledgling sat staring at the screen, he had just received the latest report from an operative in the field about the destruction of a federation ship, the death of a captain and the apparent return from death of another. He had also received news that the RDSN was closing on Starbase Omega. As usual he saved the incoming reports, things were quiet but the situation around Omega worried him. It was obvious that if the RDSN decided to attack they could take Omega but they seemed to be holding of for some reason. But, it was not his place to question the actions of anyone else and so he returned to his post. Five minutes later he received a message from Agent Pix on Omega itself; Message to : Ordeus Intelligenza HQ >From : Agent Pix Report, Today I witnessed the actions firsthand of Starfleet officers under extreme stress. The CO here, Deije seems extremely worried about the DRSN and its relentless journey towards Omega. Hopefully when they come he will either escape or go quickly for I do not think he could cope with stress of watching his fellow crew members die as they will should the federation not manage to stop the RDSN before their ariival at Omega. I confonted the CSciO today and gave him a message telling the captain that I would fight by their sides rather than witness the destruction of the starbase, I only hope they realise that Omega is far too valuable place to loose because of it's importance in being a place where I can continue my observations of the Imperium, a foe which many here seem to have forgotten of, I only hope that the Imperium doesn't try anything while Indigo fleet battle with the RDSN in the coming weeks. By all accounts I gather that something will happen soon and as always there is the possibility that while I write this the RDSN are advancing at light speed towards me from their homeworld. I would now request that the OI send another field agent to assist me as it is possible that in the following battles I will be killed either by the RDSN or the Imperium. Signed : Agent Oriel Pix. The fledgling quickly looked on in shock, for it was obvious that Agent Pix had not heard about the destruction which had occured not far from Omega, was federation intelligence really that slow? He presumed so. Scene : High Council Chamber. OI HQ. The council members stood in the chamber and waited for the arrival of the fledgling with the message before discussing it. Each one of them had already heard of the report and most of them had read it but here formality was observed beacuse otherwise things could so easily break down and if the OI didn't take care of things then Omega's situation could worsen. The fledgling arrived and read the report then left. "Members it seems that Agent Pix is currently unaware of the destruction which has happened so close to him, but that is understandable for by knowing too much he could never pull off his disguise and remain on constant watch for the Imperium. But enough of the imperium for they are contented at the moment and we must not anger them for the sake of Omega. It has come to my attention that the RDSN are advancing towards to Omega at a surprising rate and it is my opinion that we must do something about it and although I dislike immensley getting involved in things that do not concern us I feel that we should take action to preserve for a time the situation on Omega so as to that effect I am dispatching Agent Levan to assist Agent Pix with his enquiries. I am also awarding Agent Pix a seat on the High Council. I know that he cannot be here now but he will be awarded the priviledges of a council member and will take his seat upon his return." The room emptied and the council members returned to their chambers each to consider his or her next option. -------------------- NRPG: ALL: I know this is a bit long and hasn't a lot to do with Omega but I want to get Oriel invlved in this war to! If this causes any major plot probs then just say but I hope that it doesn't and also provides you with some clues as to the goings on of the OI. The Imperium references are just to add a bit of background but what ever did happen to the Imperium???? Oh, and if anyone wants to take on Agent Levan they can but mail me first, I dont want to tie anyone up but I could do with some input or all my posts will end up a bit boring!!
