www.usahockeyregistration.com.
No player will be allowed to skate for the Club after Nov. 8 unless he/she is registered with USA Hockey.

Proof of membership will be provided by USA Hockey at the completion of the process.  Please forward the confirmation e-mail to the Club manager or print a copy of the confirmation HTML page.  The information must include the player membership number and the associated bar code to be valid.

NOTE: If you are already registered with a select or travel team, you should contact that team's registrar and obtain your PPR code.

Player Fee

The fee is $600.  (This is the same as last year's fee, but this year there will be a lot more hockey).  Please make a check payable to "Yorktown Ice Hockey".  You may give this to Coach Newman or mail to Yorktown Ice Hockey, 3520 N. Abingdon St., Arlington VA  22207.  The Club greatly appreciates prompt payment, as our highest cost item (ice slots at Ballston) is due to Kettler IcePlex now.

Forms Required

All forms are held by the Club and can be completed before the start of league games in December.

Parent Volunteers Needed
The Yorktown Ice Hockey Club is a parent-run, student-involved charitable organization.  The Club was formed in June 2003 and is currently in its fifth year of operations.

Parents provide leadership through the Club's Board of Directors and support on-ice and off-ice activities which are vital to the success of the Club.  Many of the current volunteers no longer have children who play on the team.

The list below is a summary of the volunteer opportunities that we are looking to fill as part of the Club's on-going succession plan.  The time commitment is minimal, but the benefit is significant.  If you are interested in helping out, please contact any of the Board of Directors.
