Now we're in the far back left of the shop.  Here's my new lumber rack.  I still need a plywood storage rack, but this one was thrown together with metal shelving I picked up at the borg, 20" long support brackets .. nice and sturdy and holds all the wood.

Most logical place for the Craftsman 6 1/8" 48" bed jointer, right next to the lumber rack.  On it's own 20 amp circuit.  This was the tool that kept tripping my circuit in the old shop, it's what made me do this whole remodel.  Now, it fires up full steam every time!

Keep going, next to the jointer is my Dewalt DW733 planer.  Got on clearance at lowes for $200 last fall .. excellent workhorse.  Got to build extention beds for it yet.

And, here's my subpanel.  50 amps, 8 dedicated circuits, all 20 amp, all outlets 20 amp.  1 circuit 220 20 amp for future tablesaw rewire.  This was my first major electrical job .. jumped a few outlets in the house prior, but never did anything of this nature.  Hired an electrician to terminate the main panel, everything else I did .. and each outlet worked correctly on the outlet tester first time.

Next to that, my new furnace. 80,000 BTU Lexair.  It's 4 years old, been in service for 2 years.  When it was time to heat the shop I called around to get quotes for Hot Dawgs and other hanging units, one local contractor said he had this furnace that he'd sell me for $200.  I jumped on it ... I tell ya, when he installed it it was 35 degrees in the shop.  After I shut the garage door and he left, kept it running for about an hour, got up to 70 degrees that fast.  Oh it's so nice to have heat!!!  Walls are insulated with R19, attic uninsulated still .. got to finish that project yet ..

Next to the furnace is my HF lathe.  I'm new to turning .. still playing around with it :)

Above the lathe is my shelf of hand tools.  Originally got lots of cheap stuff, but since have upgraded quite a few of them.

Next to the lathe is my HF 16" Drillpress .. recent aquire .. $150.  :)  Solid, all cast iron, 16 speeds, works great!  There are some deals at HF, ya just got to know which ones they are.

Just a shelf of Drill Bits and stuff for the Drill press next to it.

And ... my Shop Fox 1 1/2 HP, 1260 CFM Dust Collector.  On a dedicated 20 amp circuit .. it does all the sucking.  Gonna hook up the shop vac's exhaust to the other Y connection to it for added performance.

Here's another look at the rear of the shop.

Here's another look from the front left of the shop.

And finally, my Ridgid 3650 table saw.  Got this baby in November, and all I can say is good things about it.  Cuts like a champ, doesn't bog down .. for a great saw in the $600 range, this is on that list.  I've added a folding outfeed table and an extension router table.

The router table with a Porter Cable 7529 2HP router in it ... got the through the table height mechanism that you can order from the Delta Service Center.

Here are a few of the accessories i use with the table saw.  Incra Miter 1000SE, Freud SD208 8" Dado Stack, Delta Tenoning Jig that I just set up after the pic, and Saw Aid push stick.

The table saw is equipped with a folding outfeed table, it's bolted to the frame, and equipped with a piano hinge to fold.

Here's the table folded out.

And that's it, hope you enjoyed it!
