Name here is Louie Whitlow and I am located in New Bedford, Ma.
I am a Retired Electrician.I am also Army retired after 25 years,
most of which was spent in the National Guard.
My army career started when I was drafted for World War 2, in 1943 as a member of the 132nd AAA Gun Battalion.
A year in the states and then to Europe for two more.
Joined the 212th Field Artillery in 1947 and out after 21 years more.
Retired from the National Guard in 1968 and am now enjoying the benifits in the form of a retirement check each month.
I am now the commander of the Richard F. Howland Chapter Field Artillery Veterans Associates.
