The Oberon is a Firefly based writing collaborative (sometimes called a play-by-post Roleplaying Game, although this one is more focused on the actual writing than your usual RPG).  If you're a fan of Sci Fi, or Firefly in particular, then I reccomend this site highly.  There are two firefly stories flyin' there, the Oberon and Salvation, as well as a few side projects for fun.  There's a fanfilm of this fanfiction (if you can call it that) in the works, updates are in the Feihua area of the forum.
