At times, I receive questions from students which come from the book Exclusively Presidential Trivia by Anthony S. Pitch. The questions come from teachers who have the book, which contains a total of 658 questions and answers. Here are some examples:

31. Was it coincidence that two of President Cleveland's brothers died on the same day in the same year? (They were together on a ship when it caught fire.)

47. Which President hollered inside India's Taj Mahal to listen to his echo? (LBJ)

55. Why did Jimmy Carter work in the White House kitchen under Franklin Roosevelt? (That was the chef's name.)

64. Who were nicknamed "The American Kings." (The first five presidents)

59. What was Gerald Ford's regular breakfast menu at the White House? (Grapefruit, English muffin and tea.)

43. At what inopportune moment did a cap fall off one of President Nixon's teeth? (The night he won reelection and had to make a TV appearance. [re-election])

84. Who introduced Richard Nixon to Henry Kissinger at their first meeting? (Clare Booth Luce at her home in 1967.)

108. Where was Spiro Agnew when Richard Nixon asked him to be his running mate? (Eden Roc Hotel, Miami Beach.)

182. What did Thomas Jefferson bequeath to his friend and successor as President, James Madison? (His gold-mounted walking staff of animal horn.)

195. Which TV network did President Ford prefer to watch as results came in on the night he lost the election to Jimmy Carter? (NBC)

203. Where did William Howard Taft begin the Presidential tradition of throwing out the first ball of the baseball season? (At Griffith Stadium, Washington DC in 1910.)

227. How far was Lee Harvey Oswald from his victim at the moment he shot President Kennedy in the head? (265.3 feet)

I am not "pitching" the book, but if you have a teacher asking these types of questions, maybe you and some of your classmates could "pitch-in" and buy a copy.

The main problem with the book is that the questions are not organized in any way.  Finding a question or answer can take time as there is nothing to do but search the book from cover to cover.  At least until now.  I have created the following index which I find helpful.
