Welcome to Kotchera Siberians.
We are a small hobby cattery located in the Portland, Oregon area.
We register our kittens in the Cat Fanciers Association (CFA) and The International Cat Association (TICA).
Congratulations to Kotchera Paladin of Anam Cara and Kotchera Lady who both became the newest Siberian Grands in CFA. Their sister Kotchera Cecilia Seacliffe is working towards her grand and is leaving for Seacliffe Siberians in New Zealand in May.
