The mission of the Sherborn Library is to provide the community with access to information and to promote life-long education, recreational reading, and cultural advancement.

To request material from the Sherborn Library's collection, please search the online catalog by clicking on "Sherborn Library Catalog" on the home page, then return to this form to provide your name, and the author and title information. You may also link from our home page to the Minuteman Library Network to search neighboring libraries for materials the Sherborn Library does not own, and use this form to request materials from the Minuteman Network through us. The Minuteman item(s) will then be delivered to Sherborn for your convenience to pick up. You may also use this form to request materials that you cannot find in either database. The Sherborn Library has access to a nation-wide database to locate and borrow materials on your behalf. Feel free to use this form to make suggestions for a title you would like us to add to our collection, or to ask us to renew a book that you have already borrowed from the Sherborn Library (please note that we cannot renew interlibrary loan materials or Minuteman Library Network materials.)
