· The Masquerade must be held above all things. There are no exceptions and no pardons. Anyone who breaches the Masquerade will either be placed into torpor indefinitely or destroyed permanently. · All kindred arriving in Boulder must be presented to the Prince. Anyone intending to become a citizen must have someone to speak on their behalf. Any visitors must present themselves each time they arrive in the city. They must state their length of stay, residence if staying over-day, and intended business. Anyone deviating from their stated business will be staked, placed into torpor, or destroyed. Any non-citizen of Boulder who has not presented themselves will also be detained by any means necessary. · With the exception of the Prince, Sheriff, and Keeper of Elysium no one may kill a vampire, ghoul, or human without the permission of the Prince. Accidents will be investigated carefully, including interrogation by supernatural means. Anyone who kills without permission is subject to punishment. · No vampire may sire a childe unless they have advance approval from the Prince. If a childe is sired without advance permission, the progeny will be destroyed, and the sire will be subject to punishment. · Vampiric disciplines may not be used on Elysium, unless you have permission from the Prince. This includes non-lethal powers such as obfuscate and auspex. Anyone breaking this rule will be staked, questioned, and subject to punishment. · There will be no weapons permitted on Elysium at any time, unless approved by the Prince. This includes, but is not limited to, stakes, knives larger than pocket sized, swords, and firearms. Any unapproved weapons will be confiscated, and the bearer will be subject to interrogation and punishment. |
