Corn Bread

Made with yeast for allergies. No milk or eggs

Put 2 & 1/4 cups cornmeal and 10 cups bread flour in a big bowl.

Mix 1 quart lukewarm water, 2 Tblspns. yeast, 1 Tblspn. salt 1/3 cup sugar and 1/3 cup oil in another container and stir to dissolve.

Mix together, knead well and rise to double. Knock it down and shape. Makes 3 loaves. Very good toasted, with honey. Or make two loaves and a pan of rolls to go with your chili or beans or soup.
