Johnson's Restaurant Dressing

Johnson's Restaurant was just across the freeway from Ferndale and was a favorite place for special family dinners. Delores Olson gave out the recipe at a Mothers of Twins Club get together.

1 c. catsup
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tblspn. lemon juice
1 Tblspn. Worcestershire sauce
1 tspn. onion powder
6 chips dried garlic, crushed (about 1/8 tspn.)

Let blend one day before using.

I presume the dried spices made for a more uniform product and is much less prone to spoil. Once I was out of oil and used Mayonnaise instead, not too bad but different.
