Another recipe from the end of the month and the money.

Put 3/4 to 1# of berger in your favorite large fry pan with some onion, garlic, whatever. Pour in the juice of a tin of french-sliced green beans. Mush up the berger really well, no big lumps and when this is all browned, stir in one tin of cream of mushroom soup. Fold in the green beans and keep warm or reheat in microwave. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Serve on bread, toast, biscuits or potatoes.

"Chinese Junk" has a tin of drained and rinsed bean sprouts added and is served with rice or 1/2 package of chinese egg noodles, cooked.

Add cooked celery, carrots or any other stuff on hand that sounds good.
