Liver and Onions

Calf liver is best, or beef liver. Cut into index finger sized pieces and cover with milk. Let it sit while you slice onions, etc. then drain off the milk.

Cook your steak, bacon, or hamburger; remove from the pan and sauté the onions. Lift them out and add the drained liver. Cook until just done, about 5 minutes.

Your cat(s) will love the milk or dig a hole next to a favorite plant and feed it to it.
