Oregon Grape Jelly

Follow the instructions for Concord Grape Jelly in the sure-Jell leaflet except clean and stem the berries and cover with water about 1" as you put them on to cook.

If you don't add enough water the jelly is thick and strong flavored. For 5 cups of juice, 7 cups sugar, 1 box Sure-Jell, yields 8 cups.
