If you use cookie sheets, make a rim. I used my own spaghetti sauce but I suppose even store-bought will work. Have all your topping ready and let the eaters decide what they want this time. You could just put toppings on the cheese in a modern painting pattern; sort of sections of each one here and there. If you have to make a lot; try pre baking the crust until done but not browned, add the sauce, cheese and toppings and return to the oven. 400F about 25 minutes or until you can't stand it any longer. |
