Tuna Noodle Casserole-
Adapted from the recipe on the back of the Rose Brand Chinese Egg Noodles package
Cook one half of a 1# package of noodles until tender. Doesn't take long. Add 1 tin tuna fish, 1 tin cream of Mushroom soup, 1 cup evaporated milk, and onion to taste. Stir together well and fold in one 1# tin of french sliced green beans.
Optional, add some mushrooms and/or top with some grated cheese.
Put in a greased casserole and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350F. I have found that this may be frozen and reheated, unthawed, in the microwave.
Webmaster's Note: I use the whole package of noodles, 2 cans of tuna, a soup can of regular milk instead of evaporated milk and no onions. I also don't bother with baking it in the oven - just leave it on the burner for five minutes on low to heat thru after mixing in all the ingredients.
