My wifes's parents are the late Teodora Managase Alivio and the late Aguido Alivio. Her brothers and sisters are the late Basilides A. Madarang (public school teacher; her husband, the late Dr. Alfonso Madarang); the late Tolentino M. Alivio (his wife, the late Mary Alivio); the late Restituto M. Alivio (his wife, Ignacia Alivio); Maximino M. Alivio (his wife, Juanita Alivio); Clarita A. Zamora (B.S. Commerce; her husband, the late Elpidio Zamora); the late Luz A. Apale (public school teacher; her husband, Perpetuo Apale); Dr. Miguel M. Alivio (a retired Colonel of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, his wife Isabel Alivio ); and the late Estelita M. Alivio (licensed Pharmacist).
My parents are the late Gaudiosa Lipar Pacquiao Sincero and Santiago Encarguiz Sincero (PFC, World War II veteran). My brother and sisters are Meliton P. Sincero (his wife, Nena Sincero); Anelda S. Kiamco, Ph.D. (her husband, Isidro Kiamco) and Felisa S. Adane (her husband, Martin B Adane).
