Online Services and ISP's

Note: An Online Service is not "The Internet", it is a service that provides many unique features to your computer. One can be giving you internet access. However an ISP (Internet Service Provider) only provides you with a Dial Up Connection to hook up to the net. You have to download or install individual software programs to get E-Mail, WWW, IRC and Newsgroups to use with an ISP.
