Members of the parish are those who regularly attend mass; actively participate in
and support the life of the church, and who have completed a Parish Registration Form and/or Parish Census Form.
Those who have reached the age of 21, please register individually.
If you are moving, please call the rectory to inform us.
Parish registration is held after all masses on the second weekend of each month in
the Church Hall. You may also register using the link to the on-line Parish Registration Form below.

You can type or select your family data using your computer with Adobe Reader software. However, you must then PRINT
the PDF form at your computer and send it to the Rectory.
A NOTE ABOUT ADOBE READER:
Adobe Reader will not permit you to save the Registration Form with the entries you've made. In fact,
you will probably receive a warning advising you that
"You cannot save a completed copy of this form on your computer" or
"Data typed into this form will not be saved." You will also be advised to
"Print your completed form."
Once you complete and print your Parish Registration Form, you can:
* Place it in a collection basket,
* Fax it to (908) 638-5802, or
* Mail/Deliver it to the Rectory at 59 Main St., High Bridge, NJ 08829.
(If you want a copy of your Registration Form, be sure to print one for yourself before you close Adobe Reader.)
Sponsor Certificates
We receive many requests for sponsor certificates from individuals who are
asked to be a Godparent for Baptism or a sponsor for Confirmation. Certificates
can only be given to registered members of our Parish who actively practice their faith.
To obtain a Sponsor Certificate, please contact the Parish Office.
